Karina Catellani’s days are full. As a yoga instructor, mom to a toddler and founder of Treelance Yoga, she divides her time between designing her line of inspirational yoga apparel, photographing products for social media, managing customer inquiries, and teaching yoga in between.

“I’m a small, woman-owned business. I handle almost everything myself,” she said.

Despite her demanding schedule, Catellani applies the same mindfulness she teaches in her classes to the way she manages her business. Her apparel, decorated with chakras, silhouettes of women in yoga poses and designs inspired by nature, serve as quiet reminders to slow down and breathe—messages as much for herself as her customers.

“I pour a lot of love and care into everything I do,” she said. “My goal is to remind others that wellbeing is essential.”

To simplify her workload, Karina Catellani uses Amazon’s seller tools, giving her more time for what matters most.

As the business has grown, Catellani has leaned on Amazon’s seller tools to simplify her day-to-day operations. She uses Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to store inventory and handle packing and shipping, reducing both costs and time spent on logistics. Over the years, independent sellers have shipped more than 80 billion units using FBA, with more than 9 billion items delivered to Prime customers the same or next day in 2024. With Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, she can also process orders from her Etsy and Shopify stores in one place.

“With Multi-Channel Fulfillment, I can process all my online orders while spending meaningful time with my family and friends,” she said.

For Catellani, that extra time back lets her keep teaching, creating, and spending time with her family without feeling overwhelmed.

“Amazon gives me the structure I need to stay organized,” she said. “It’s what allows me to keep teaching yoga, enjoy more freedom and raise my baby while running a business I’m truly proud of, all at the same time.”
