Davey Parker’s lifelong love of pizza led him from Southern California to Italy, where he discovered chili oil as a condiment. After years of wondering why U.S. pizzerias didn’t offer it, he and business partner Cheryl Coleman launched Naples Drizzle in 2016. Today, the company manufactures a full line of chili oils, hot honey, sauces, and balsamic vinegars at its Albuquerque facility. Amazon sales represent 50% of revenue, powered by tools like Brand Registry, FBA, and A+ Content. Beyond their own products, Parker and Coleman run a shared commercial kitchen, helping aspiring food entrepreneurs launch their businesses.
