ByleveragingAmazon’s sellertools—including Ads, Brand Registry, and dual fulfillmentoptions—Hatching Time exceeded $1 million in Amazon sales within its first yearin the store. Now employing over 30 people in a 30,000-square-footNewcastle,Delaware facility, the company serves customers across three continents while donating equipment to educational programs and mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Michelle Askin and Kaylyn DiNardo founded bloom daily planners to help women become the best versions of themselves. With built-in tools like vision boards, goal pages, and habit trackers, each planner is designed to motivate customers through every milestone—from marriage to motherhood and beyond.

An Amazon Force for Good winner, bloom channels its success into purpose, donating thousands of products each year to schools, nonprofits, and women’s shelters, as well as to women transitioning out of prison.
